YARBASAN ESTATES - CONSTRUCTION OF YARBASAN ESTATES

The construction land is at the bank of Ortakent, 700 mt far from the sea, on the south-east slope of a small hill. The land of 21.040 m2 starts from the 18 mt level and highest level is 62 mt. The flora of the land is maquis and moor, with a ground formed of andesite stones. Buildings are applied on the land considering the ground structure, levels, prevailing wind and sun direction. Traditional village pattern is sampled on the relation of the buildings, road and infrastructure configurations.
